- Freight can be carried on all sailings except those with special restrictions as indicated above, and the acceptance of such freight is subject to the final decision of our company. 1-day advanced booking is required for carrying large-sized or large quantity of freight.
- Ferry sailings designated with { } shall not provide freight service, except for bicycles and small quantities of hand‑carried items, which must be accompanied by a freight ticket. “Small quantities of hand‑carried items”refers to no more than two pieces per passenger, each requiring a freight ticket. The company’s decision regarding whether to carry freight is final.
- One or more bicycles, subject to fare, can be carried on all sailings. Without advance booking, the bicycle(s) might not be carried on board at the current sailing.
- Pets, subject to fare, are allowed on all sailings. Pet carriers have to use the seats of the first two rows in the main deck. Pets cannot occupy any seats and have to be carried in a secure container or suitably restrained and muzzled.
- Ferry schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
- The stated schedule is pier gate closing time.
- Under the “Public Transport Fare Concession Scheme for the Elderly and Eligible Persons with Disabilities” launched by the HKSAR government, eligible persons can use the eligible Octopus (including JoyYou Card ) to travel on HKKF ferry at a concessionary fare.
