乘客在運載手動唧車或水溶性漆油前，必須明白及接受以下所有條款：
甲部——適用於所有乘客
1. 運載手動唧車或水溶性漆油，除了須遵守本告示之條款外，還須遵守所有適用於本公司客運及貨運之條款，包括但不限於《貨運安排須知》；
2. 乘客須自行安排足夠人手搬運手動唧車或水溶性漆油上/落船，本公司不會協助搬運；
3. 上落手動唧車或水溶性漆油過程不得延誤航班的航程，不得對乘客或本公司職員造成滋擾或不便；
4. 手動唧車（連木頭車）或水溶性漆油在航行途中只可放置在載貨區，不得阻礙人員通道或船上設備；
5. 運載與否，以本公司最終決定為準。本公司可考慮一切有關因素，包括但不限於天氣、海面情況、客流量、船隻及碼頭設施狀態、船務實際情況等，以確保航行安全；
6. 手動唧車或水溶性漆油運載途中，如有任何損壞或遺失，乘客須自行負責，本公司及職員概不負責；
7. 如乘客運載之任何物品對任何人員或組織之生命或財產（包括但不限於本公司船隻及木頭車）造成任何損害，或對本公司造成任何損失，乘客須負全責，並全額賠償本公司之一切損失。
乙部——僅適用於運載手動唧車的乘客
8. 只限（i）手動及（ii）不歸納於危險品類別的唧車，方能安排運載；
9. 運載手動唧車必須最少提前兩天預約，如沒有提前預約，不會安排運載；
10. 只限平日（星期一至五，不包括公衆假期）的指定航班，方可運載手動唧車，即中環往坪洲16:10和17:30航班及坪洲往中環16:55和18:15的航班；
11. 在到達出發點碼頭後，在入閘前，乘客須先向本公司職員提供資料以供核對及購買貨票；
12. 預約時須準確提供手動唧車資料，包括尺寸、體積及內含物料；
13. 手動唧車的尺寸（包括其包裝）不得超過3呎闊 X 5呎長（91米闊 X 1.52米長），手動唧車及木頭車之整體高度不得超過下層船艙內結構的高度；
14. 手動唧車上不能裝載任何貨物或物品；
15. 手動唧車必須包裝成整體形狀方正，方能安排運載；
16. 手動唧車必須以本公司的木頭車來運載；
17. 運載手動唧車的整個航程中，乘客必須把手動唧車放置及固定在本公司的木頭車上；
18. 每趟航班只可預約及運載最多一架手動唧車；
19. 乘客請特別留意《貨運安排須知》上之其他適用條款；
20. 運載手動唧車之費用為每架港幣64元（有關的貨物票價收費是根據運輸署核准2021-2026年度渡輪服務牌照之貨物票價規定，以每立方米港幣143.4元來計算）。
丙部——僅適用於運載水溶性漆油的乘客
21. 只限（i）水溶性及（ii）不歸納於危險品類別的漆油，方能安排運載；
22. 水溶性漆油必須以密封防漏包裝，方能安排運載，且在船上及碼頭範圍不得解開包裝；
23. 乘客請特別留意《貨運安排須知》上之其他適用條款；
24. 運載水溶性漆油之費用：每罐容量少於10公升(L)/公斤(kg)為港幣5元/罐，每罐容量等於或多於10公升(L)/ 公斤(kg)為港幣9.5元/罐（有關的貨物票價收費是根據運輸署核准2021-2026年度渡輪服務牌照之貨物票價規定，以每立方米港幣143.4元來計算）。

Before carrying manual pallet truck or water-soluble paint, the passenger must understand and accept all the following terms:
Part A – Applicable to all passengers
1. To carry manual pallet truck or water-soluble paint, apart from complying with the terms of this notice, the passenger must also comply with all terms applicable to our company’s passenger service and freight service, including but not limited to the Notice of Freight Arrangement;
2. Adequate manpower must be arranged by the passenger for loading and unloading of the manual pallet truck or water-soluble paint onto / off the ferry. Our company will not assist in loading / unloading them;
3. The process of loading / unloading manual pallet truck or water-soluble paint onto / off the ferry must not cause any delay to sailing’s departure, and must not cause any nuisance or inconvenience to other passengers and / or our company’s employees;
4. Manual pallet truck (together with the wooden cart) or water-soluble paint can only be placed at the freight area during voyage, and must not obstruct passageway or equipment on the ferry;
5. Our company has the final say in deciding whether to carry the item(s). Our company can consider all relevant factors, including but not limited to weather, sea conditions, passenger flow, state of the ferry and the pier facilities, actual operational conditions, etc. in order to ensure the safety of navigation;
6. Passenger shall be responsible for any loss or damage of their manual pallet truck or water-soluble paint during carriage, and in no circumstances shall our company or employees be responsible in any way for any such loss or damage whatsoever;
7. If any item carried by the passenger causes any damage to the lives or properties of any person or entity (including but not limited to our company’s ferries and wooden carts), or causes any loss to our company, the passenger is fully liable, and must fully indemnify all losses suffered by our company.
Part B – Only applicable to passengers carrying manual pallet truck
8. Only pallet trucks that are (i) manual; and (ii) not classified as dangerous goods can be carried;
9. Two days’ advance booking is required for carrying manual pallet truck. No carriage will be arranged if there is no advance booking;
10. Only designated sailings on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) can carry manual pallet truck – they are the Central to Peng Chau 16:10 and 17:30 sailings and the Peng Chau to Central 16:55 and 18:15 sailings;
11. Upon arrival at the pier of origin, before entering the gate, the passenger must first provide information to our company’s employees for checking and must also buy a freight ticket;
12. When booking, the passenger must provide accurate information about the manual pallet truck, including its size, volume and material/content;
13. The size of the manual pallet truck (including its packaging) must not exceed 3 feet wide X 5 feet long (0.91m wide X 1.52m long). The total height of the manual pallet truck and the wooden cart must not exceed the lower deck cabin internal height;
14. The manual pallet truck must not be loaded with any freight or objects;
15. The manual pallet truck must be packaged into a regular rectangular shape before carriage can be arranged;
16. The manual pallet truck must be carried on our company’s wooden cart;
17. During the entire voyage for the carriage of manual pallet truck, the passenger must place and secure the manual pallet truck on our company’s wooden cart;
18. Only one manual pallet truck can be booked and carried on each sailing;
19. Passengers are reminded to pay special attention to other applicable terms on the Notice of Freight Arrangement;
20. The freight fare for carrying each manual pallet truck is HKD 64 (the relevant freight fare is calculated based on the freight fare regulation in the 2021-2026 Ferry Service License granted by the Transport Department, at HKD 143.4 per cubic meter).
Part C – Only applicable to passengers carrying water-soluble paint
21. Only paint that is (i) water-soluble; and (ii) not classified as dangerous goods can be carried;
22. Water-soluble paint must have sealed and leak-proof packaging before it can be carried. The packaging must not be opened on the ferry or at the pier;
23. Passengers are reminded to pay special attention to other applicable terms on the Notice of Freight Arrangement;
24. The freight fare for carrying water-soluble paint: HKD 5 per can for cans with capacity of less than 10 liters (L) / kilograms (kg); HKD 9.5 per can for cans with capacity of 10 liters (L) / kilograms (kg) or more (the relevant freight fare is calculated based on the freight fare regulation in the 2021-2026 Ferry Service License granted by the Transport Department, at HKD 143.4 per cubic meter).
