1. 多程票按金為港幣$40.00,此按金將於退還本公司多程票時退回,但退還之多程票必須保持良好狀態及可正常使用及運作。此外,本公司會收取不可退還的多程票行政費用為港幣$40.00。本公司只接受以現金作為多程票申請的付款方式, 及接受以八達通或現金作為多程票增值的付款方式。
2. 若多程票有任何損壞或遺失,均即時失效,持票人須立即通知本公司。如因損壞而重新申請補發多程票者,需另外繳交按金港幣$40.00。如因遺失多程票而重新申請補發者,則需另外繳交按金港幣$40.00及不可退還的手續費港幣$60.00。本公司將補發與損壞或遺失多程票同等價值、剩餘日數及剩餘程數之多程票。
3. 在任何情況下,持票人無權要求本公司向其退回多程票的費用 (全部或部分)。若持票人交還本公司的多程票保持良好狀態及可正常使用及運作,本公司將向該持票人退回按金。否則,本公司將以按金抵償維修費用,持票人將無權要求本公司退回按金。
4. 在不妨礙第3條的前提下,多程票內尚未使用之航程,如遇不適當使用多程票的情況,及/或本公司控制範圍以外的因素如惡劣天氣導致停航、罷工和意外等均不能獲退款或補發。
5. 多程票全年接受申請直至另行通知。處理申請需時五個工作天。持票人領取多程票後方能開始使用。
6. 多程票持票人只可於十程航程使用後或六十日有效期結束後(以較早者爲準),於本公司指定地點及時間為多程票進行增值。
7. 多程票之最長有效期是由新領取多程票當日或增值當日起計的六十天內 (補領除外)。最長有效期不可更改或延長。
8. 多程票之有效期結束後,多程票内任何未使用之航程將會即時作廢。
9. 此多程票為個人多程票及不可轉借他人使用,每人就每條航線只可持有一張多程票。多程票及對多程票之增值只可用於多程票的原本航線。如果持票人欲取得其他航線的多程票,則必須另外申請該航線之多程票。一經查獲冒用,將報警處理,除即時沒收多程票之外,該多程票持有人將被記錄在案,並失去在本公司申請或持有多程票的資格。
10. 各航線多程票之覆蓋範圍如下:
榕樹灣線
榕樹灣線之多程票,只限於來往中環 - 榕樹灣的渡輪服務。包含十程成人的單程航程,有效期最長六十日。每程航程只限使用一次,不限往來方向。
索罟灣線
索罟灣線之多程票,只限於來往中環 - 索罟灣的渡輪服務。包含十程成人的單程航程,有效期最長六十日。每程航程只限使用一次,不限往來方向。
坪洲線
坪洲線之多程票,只限於來往中環 - 坪洲的普通渡輪服務。包含十程成人的單程普通渡輪航程,有效期最長六十日。每程航程只限使用一次,不限往來方向。如使用乘搭快速渡輪,須額外支付補票費用。
所有多程票未涵蓋的行程, 持票人必須支付正常成人票價。
11. 持票人在碼頭入閘後,必須乘搭入閘時之當前航程。即使持票人未有乘搭該航程,該多程票航程在入閘後即當已使用,包括已支付的補票費用。如果持票人欲乘搭任何之後的航程,持票人必須就該之後航程及當前航程和該之後航程之間的每一程航程,以正常成人票價支付或使用多程票上的一程(並按第10條補回任何補票費用)。
12. 發出多程票的前提為申請者必須向本公司提供本公司所需的證明文件及經核實,本公司並保留作最終決定的權利。申請者必須依從本公司的決定。
13. 如申請人的個人資料有任何更改,必須儘快聯絡顧客服務熱線 2815 6063。
14. 本公司發出的多程票屬於本公司財產, 必須根據要求歸還本公司。
15. 申請表之正式收據不可當作多程票使用乘坐本公司之渡輪。

The Transport Department approved fare for 2021-2026 Ferry Service Licence is HK$174.00 for Peng Chau, HK$195.00 for Yung Shue Wan and HK$242.00 for Sok Kwu Wan respectively.
1. A deposit of HK$40.00 will be charged for the Multi-Ride Ticket (Ticket), such deposit will be refundable provided that the returned Ticket must remain functional and in good condition. Moreover, our company will charge a non-refundable administrative fee of HK$40.00 for the issuance of the Multi-Ride Ticket. Our company will only accept cash payment for Multi-Ride Ticket application, and accept Octopus or cash payment for Multi-Ride Ticket fee top-up.
2. A Multi-Ride Ticket shall become invalid if it is lost or damaged, and the holder must report to our company immediately. For damaged Ticket, the applicant shall pay a replacement deposit of HK$40.00. For lost Ticket, the applicant shall pay a replacement deposit of HK$40.00 plus a non-refundable handling charge of HK$60.00. Our company will issue for replacement a new Multi-Ride Ticket with the same value, remaining day(s) and remaining trip(s) as the damaged or lost Multi-Ride Ticket.
3. In no circumstances will any Multi-Ride Ticket holder be entitled to any fare refund (whether in whole or in part). Deposit will only be refunded when the Ticket remains functional and in good condition upon return. Otherwise, the deposit paid will be treated as the compensation for maintenance costs, and such holder will have no right to demand any deposit refund.
4. Without prejudice to Clause 3, there will be no refund or re-issuance of the unused trip(s) of Multi-Ride Ticket when there is any misuse of the Ticket, and/or circumstances beyond the Company’s control such as suspension of service due to the severe weather, labour strike, accidents, etc.
5. Multi-Ride Ticket is open for application all year round until further notice. It will require five working days for processing. Upon collecting the physical Multi-Ride Ticket, holder can start to use the Ticket.
6. Multi-Ride Ticket holders shall top-up their Ticket fee at the designated locations and specified time by our company after riding 10-trip or completing 60-day validity period, whichever earlier.
7. The maximum validity period of a Multi-Ride Ticket is 60-day commencing from the date of collecting the new Ticket or fee top-up for the existing Ticket (excluding Ticket replacement). The maximum validity period cannot be altered or extended.
8. Upon the expiry of the validity period of a Multi-Ride Ticket, any unused trip therein will be immediately forfeited.
9. This Multi-Ride Ticket is a personalized Ticket and is not transferable, each person can only hold one Multi-Ride Ticket for each route. A Multi-Ride Ticket and any top-up thereon can only be used for the original route of the Multi-Ride Ticket. If the holder wishes to have a Multi-Ride Ticket for another route, he/she must separately apply for a Multi-Ride Ticket for that route. In case of any illegal use, our company will report to the police and confiscate the Ticket immediately. Moreover, such holder’s name will be recorded by the company and DISQUALIFIED FROM APPLYING FOR OR HOLDING ANY MULTI-RIDE TICKET WITH OUR COMPANY thereafter.
10. The coverage of the Multi-Ride Ticket of each route is as follows:
Yung Shue Wan route
The use of Multi-Ride Ticket of Yung Shue Wan route is limited to the travelling between Central and Yung Shue Wan. It includes 10 one-way trips for adults and is subject to a maximum validity period of 60 days. Each Multi-Ride Ticket can only be used once for each sailing. Travelling direction is not restricted.
Sok Kwu Wan route
The use of Multi-Ride Ticket of Sok Kwu Wan route is limited to the travelling between Central and Sok Kwu Wan. It includes 10 one-way trips for adults and is subject to a maximum validity period of 60 days. Each Multi-Ride Ticket can only be used once for each sailing. Travelling direction is not restricted.
Peng Chau route
The use of Multi-Ride Ticket of Peng Chau route is limited to the travelling between Central and Peng Chau on ordinary ferries. It includes 10 one-way trips for adults on ordinary ferries and is subject to a maximum validity period of 60 days. Each Multi-Ride Ticket can only be used once for each sailing. Travelling direction is not restricted. If used for fast ferry service, the holder must pay the top-up fare.
For any trips not covered by the Multi-Ride Tickets, the holder shall pay usual adult fares.
11. Once the holder has entered the gate of the pier, the holder must travel on the current sailing at the time of entry. Even if the holder does not take the trip, a trip of the Multi-Ride Ticket is deemed used once the holder has entered the gate including the paid top-up fare. If the holder wishes to travel on any subsequent sailing for any reason, the holder must pay the usual adult fare or utilise another trip on the Multi-Ride Ticket (and pay any top-up fare in accordance with Clause 10) for such subsequent sailing and each sailing between the current sailing and such subsequent sailing.
12. The issuance of Multi-Ride Ticket is subject to provision and verification of the applicant’s documents as required by our company, and our company reserves the right to make the final decision. Applicants shall abide by the decision of our company.
13. If there is any change in applicant’s personal data, the applicant must immediately contact Customer Service Hotline at 2815 6063.
14. Multi-Ride Ticket issued by our company remains the property of our company and must be surrendered to our company upon demand.
15. The official receipt cannot be used as Multi-Ride Ticket aboard to our ferries.
Remarks: Upon receipt of duly completed application forms with sufficient supporting documents, it will require five working days for processing. This form and the Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice (including any amendment affecting new application or Multi-Ride Tickets already issued).
